How to cook your all natural grass fed beef.
Cooking Grass Fed Beef
Due to the lean and low fat content of the meat our suggestion of how to cook your new product is:
- Beltie Burgers:
- Add tomato paste, approximately ¼ of a 7oz container per 1 lb
- Garlic, salt and pepper to taste, and or any herbs you prefer, i.e.: basil, rosemary…etc
- Butter (FAT) or oil to the pan cook on medium heat, (if cooking on a grill, cook on medium heat away from the direct flame.)
- Be careful! Burgers will go from medium to well done in about a minute.
- Over cooking on the grill will make the meat dry and tough.
- Served with:
- Caramelized Onions and Portabella Mushrooms
- Side Salad w/ Maple Balsamic Dressing
- Sweet Potato Fries / Mashed and or Vegetable of your choice
- Steaks: very important grass-fed beef cooks differently, however they marinate very well.
- Cook on medium heat off of the direct flame.
- Watch the steaks after 2 or 3 minutes the juices from the steaks will rise to the surface. When the juices cover approximately half of the steak turn it over, the second side takes longer to show the juices in about 3 ½ to 4 ½ minutes you will want to turn it one more time, for desired Temperature.
- Served with:
- Sweet Potato Fries / Mashed and or Vegetable of your choice
- Spice it up and have Chile Lime Shrimp and Spicy Cheese Corn on the Cob with Mashed Sweet Potatoes
- Roasts: can be done in a crock pot, or on a stove.
- Rub with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powders
- Then sear in large pot,
- Cover with water and bring to a boil add veggies bring back to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for approximately 45 minutes.
- IF you cook it in the oven, cook it 5 degrees less than medium and then it takes 15 to 17 minutes per pounds on 300 degrees. Take it out and let it sit for 5 minutes.

- Stocks also contain high concentrations of gelatin, a natural substance that aids digestion and provides important amino acids like arginine and glycine. Gelatin is a great super foods, helping to combat ulcers, diabetes, muscle disease, jaundice and cancer. Gelatin also aids and encourages healthy joint structure and function of our bones, teeth and cartilage.
